How do I connect to my pod?
Your pod will have an specific yet configurable Wi-Fi. Your user manual will provide you with the credentials of the network. Just connect your computer once to this network and start moving!
What factors affect the accuracy of the positioning data?
Temperature, load and connectivity are crucial to guarantee a correct accuracy. Since the first factor is harder to control, our actuators have a real-time feedback of its own temperature and react to its value.
Is it difficult to install the positioning system?
Not at all! It’s a plug-and-play device that requires little to no installation. Moreover, once you buy the product, we will provide you with its specific software and a user manual.
Can I integrate the device into my existing infrastructure?
Thanks to its compact format, pod devices are great for any infrastructure. However, if you feel the need to make significant changes in the device to suit your specifications, we will be happy to help.
Is the positioning device suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
POD’s robust and autonomous control system make it a good fit in any environment, as long as the thermal and network conditions are not extreme.
How long will it take to get my pod?
